A great day out at Kidderminster. 

Last Thursday we played at Kidderminster in our annual Worcestershire PGA Christmas competition. 

We had a great day with the course looking amazing for the time of year. I paired up with my dad and we shot 41 points better ball. 

We came in and out quite nicely with my dad picking up a few nett birdies along the way and I managed 2 gross birdies. 41 points was a respectable score finishing in 5th place.

We played with Phil Brookes and Kevin Woodham who played extremely well. Scoring 47 points with Kevin only dropping 1 shot to gross on the back 9 and Phil dropping 3. They deservedly won the day with that score.

   

Noel partnered Bill Styles, Nick White and Mike Bryce and all came in with good scores.

   

The way the prizes are handed out on the day is that everyone brings a prize and the winners have first pick of the table then going through the pack until last place is left usually with a bottle of black tower and a babycham. 

Once again a great day with great food afterwards and a wonderful atmosphere, that's what Golf is all about.

With Christmas being a time for families we are no exception in the shop. During the Christmas period we will be working a rota system. Please see below who is in and when.

31st December. Pat 7.45 until 4pm 
1st January. Pat 7.45 until 1pm 2nd January.

New M1 and M2 available for fitting next week

The good thing about having a indoor studio is that you can become specialised fitting centres and it doesn't matter what time of the year you fit clubs, or even what time of the day.
