Competition news

County team champions!!!

Congratulations to our Ladies for winning the county team championships at Redditch on Monday.

The team comprised of Sarah Nicklin, Karen Greenfield, Lesley Fox and Claire Painter.

A wonderful achievement ladies and we are all very proud of your achievements.

Congratulations to Karen for winning the best gross on the day as well.

Karen has been a county players for many years and has played to a very high standard for all that time. Again a wonderful achievement.

Congratulations to Claire Painter for winning the best nett for the day. We have worked hard on Claire's swing this year and it's obviously starting to pay off.

A great Saturday and lots raised for charity

A message from our president from his day on Saturday.

PRESIDENT'S DAY & THE SALLY BATTIN TROPHY - 9th SEPTEMBER 2017

I would like to thank all of you who supported President's Day on Saturday, you were all stars.The generosity that you showed both with your raffle donations and your donations when you arrived at the half way house was exceptional, so much so that the final amount raised for St Richards Hospice was £725.00 - incredible!

It was hoped that you would all take it as a fun day and, fortunately, apart from a half hour break in the proceedings to allow the thunderstorm to pass through, you all appeared to do exactly that.

The results are as follows:

Best mixed team - Mervyn and Ann Billingham - 48 points
Best men's team - Marcus Powell and Peter Clissett - 49 points
3rd place overall - Earl Lambrecht and Simon Parkes - 49 points
2nd place overall - Callum Price and Jon Rowan - 50 points
In 1st place and the winners of the Sally Battin Trophy - Greg Lavery and Alistair Handley - 52 points

Once again, many thanks to you all, it could not have happened without you.

Fitting news

They have arrived and ready for fitting.

The new Titleist 718 collection has finally arrived and we've already started fitting.

We have a much larger selection of heads and shafts than we have ever had before. It's well worth trying all the models and seeing how they perform and checking out the different launch angles, spins and speeds.

As can be seen in the photo AP3 comes of the club quicker and produces a higher ball flight. This is exactly what the design of the AP3 is supposed to do. Come and see what we can do for you.
