Ladies coaching returns 

We have started our ladies coaching sessions again for the winter, which will take place in the warmth of our studio for £10 per session.

The sessions will take place from 11.30am to 12.30pm on the following dates:December 7th; December 21st; January 11th; and January 25th.

These sessions are limited to 4 people maximum, so book your place now to avoid disappointment.
