What an amazing weekend for my birthday!

Last weekend I celebrated my 40th birthday and to mark the occasion we headed down to London with our best friends for a weekend of fun.

The weather was amazing in a London, not a cloud in the sky for Friday and Saturday but every time I phoned the shop all the lads said was it was raining heavily there.

On Friday we walked along the Thames and had a nice chilled out evening, Saturday we did a tour of London and then ate at an incredible restaurant on the night, Sunday we walked around London before heading back home. An incredible and unforgettable weekend.

Many thanks to all the members that wished me a happy birthday.

Santa is coming to Kidderminster Golf Club

This year I will be running the kids Christmas again. We have a new entertainment team coming in so that will be exciting followed by lunch and then Santa Claus afterwards providing he doesn’t get lost again.

The sign-up sheet is now in the lounge and is already half full after a day so be quick and get your loved one booked in so they don’t miss out!

Shoe machine is moving

Over the last few days the lads have been working extremely hard on moving the shoe cleaner to the exit of the course, this will make the area look much better and also will help keep the car park and the outside of the clubhouse clean. The cleaner will hopefully be back in operation soon.

It's time for a change

When you step onto the tee with a driver in hand, there are two thoughts in most golfers' minds: "Hit it far, and hit it straight". Both of these were easier said than done, until Titleist released its new TS2 and TS3 drivers earlier this year...

How much could you gain?

Spotlight: New PING Sigma 2 putters
