Winter coaching programmes are proving successful

Last week I started writing about how important coaching was through the winter and how we can get you ready for the start of next season. The up take on the programme has been excellent and I would encourage all golfers that are keen on improving through the winter to sign up for the winter programme. All programmes are written to your exact needs and what you feel you would like to improve on during the winter. Please see below an example of the winter programme and prices.

It's all about trolleys

With the winter now coming have you checked that your trolley is ready and can cope with the conditions? We are offering services to all trolleys for £25. This includes battery and charger check and the whole trolley checked plus cleaned and oiled. I would recommend all members take up this offer to make sure you don't get stuck this winter.

Chris stocks the shop up on pencils

Over the past few years Chris Tompkin has had many pencils from the shop and last week he decided to do his bit for the shop and handed us a box with 500 pencils in. Many thanks to Chris for the donation.

What's happening this week in the shop?

Friday is night golf with over 60 people playing and around 80 eating of the night so that will be great fun. Fingers crossed for the weather, images will be in next week's newsletter. The winter coaching programmes have now kicked in to keep me busy for the winter. Noel continues to be busy and has just had a couple of days away in Blackpool seeing the lights. Jack continues to work hard and learn the trade in the shop; his level 1 coaching badge went well and is just waiting for the final section before passing the course. My Dad is now back from a cruise to a mountain of trolleys.
