Happy New Year and welcome back to the first newsletter of 2015. I hope you all had a great Christmas and now looking forward to the new golfing year. This year will see many changes in the shop. We have introduced new brands to the shop and we will also be giving the shop a makeover in the next 2 months. Keep reading the newsletters for new stock arrivals, great offers and keeping up to date with everything that's happening in the shop and on the course.
Captain drives the New Year in
As traditional, the Captain hits a ball of the first tee on New Year's Day to official open the course for the year. The weather fared slightly better this year although the wind was strong. After a few practice swings the Captain managed to hit his first ball down the right hand side of the fairway followed by a similar shot that finished just in the trees. We all had a wager on the distance and my Dad won by guessing just a yard short of where the captain hit.
January sales
January wouldn't be right without the sales and the pro shop at Kidderminster is no different..

Getting out the Christmas presents
Macey must have been a good girl last year as Santa brought her a set of golf clubs and a pair of shoes, along with another thousand presents. After pestering me all weekend about using the clubs, on the Monday after Christmas with the temperature at -6 we went on the practice ground then a couple of holes. She is now ready for the season.
Looking for a deal this winter for golf. Look no further.
School coaching now in place
This year will see myself and Noel going into 6 primary schools and a high school to deliver coaching followed by sessions back at the golf club. All being well we can then draft the juniors that are keen into the Saturday academies. I'm sure over the next few months you will see us out on the practice ground with the juniors.
Winter programmes
Now that Christmas is over and done with why not get your game in shape ready for the season. £99 for members and £119 for non-members for 6 sessions with a personal programme written personally for you and your game. To book you programme click here.

This week is all about a meetings to set up coaching. I will be attending a meeting on Thursday about county coaching along with another meeting on Tuesday concerning school coaching. It's also a time for stock taking along with lessons so still busy even if it's January.
